Given the large number of new Pocket eDGe owners, and for the benefit of enTourage eDGe owners, I thought I'd post some tips
There are actually 3 home screens on the LCD side. Swiping your finger to the left and to the right reveals the additional home screens. You can customize the "widgets" that appear on them.
To move a widget around on a home screen, tap and hold it. It will shortly become larger at which point you can drag it to the desired location.
To remove a widget, tap and hold it, then move it to the Trash Bin icon that will appear just above the row of icons at the bottom of the screen.
To add a widget to a home screen, click the Menu button on a home screen, then the "Add" option. This option will be greyed out if there's no more room for widgets on the current home screen.
This will show a menu of the following types: Shortcuts (to apps, URLs, etc), Widgets, Folders, Wallpapers. Selecting one of these will give you a further selection of options. What's available will increase as you install apps, some of which will provide their own widgets and special shortcuts.
"Shortcuts" are handy for quick access to apps in particular. My favourites include MySettings, Store, Storage, Music, and RadioTime.
"Widgets" are generally small interactive little apps that run on the home screen. My favourites include weather widgets (it's easier than looking out the window, lol), the calendar widget, a clock, and the excellent Power Control widget.
Note that the home screens have an invisible grid of squares, and some widgets will fill more than one square (perhaps 3 across, or 2x2, for example). If you select a widget and there's no available set of squares available, you'll only see a brief message near the bottom of the screen indicating "no room." To find out what shape the widget has, add it to another home screen with lots of space. Then remove it and go back to the desired home screen and rearrange and/or remove some of the existing widgets to make the sufficient configuration of grid squares available.
This is a great way to customize your eDGe to make it even handier - enjoy experimenting with your home screens
