Finally -- set-up is done!

I wanted to post back on this thread just in case someone else has run into this issue. I did get an email from entourage support, and they recommended that I download the updates onto a usb drive, connect it to my pocket edge, and then power up. It worked like a charm! I was able to finally update and complete my set-up process.
