You'd need an Android phone, therefore, to get the APK and transfer it to your eDGe. The author's website appears to be http://3dplotter.speedymarks.com/ which doesn't mention Android, but shows the identical UI. You could always use the "Contact" link at the bottom and have the author email you the APK.
