I have to agree here, although I wish I didn't have to.

I was not thrilled to see the Pocket Edge come out. Although it wasn't a bad idea I think Entourage really should have focused on improving the BP Edge to alleviate all the current complaints and iron out all the issues. Instead, they released a product that only caused a huge backlash from the HSN shoppers who probably expected something completely different. In turn, this may have instead caused a huge financial and resource dent for Entourage (which is worrisome to me.)

I like the Edge, esp. for what it was promised to become.

EDIT TO ADD: My main grievence has to do with the timing for the PE to come out and the stretching of resources. Also, it bothered me about the reviews the PE received. It just seems like the PE was a premature product. I haven't planned on selling my Edge yet. I still like it.
