If these don't help, contact
Tech Support as it could be the battery is faulty (Tech Support is very good at helping customers with any problems).
For the DocToGo problem, it may be because of the lower battery charge, especially if the AC adapter isn't properly providing power, causing the eDGe to think it's about to run out of battery and prompting you to prepare to shut down.
