The difference is SAMSUNG has released several firmwares on 2.2 for beta testing such as my Galaxy S has at least 3 versions for problem checking and be ready for the stable one.
And we know nothing on Exxxxx for entourage edge.

WE WANT TO HELP for BETTER FIRMWARE, agree?
