<sigh>

got my EE today... ran home at lunch to get it... put in a brand new 16gb SD card says its damaged and needs to be reformatted...that is fine.. i can reformat it in a pc... if I could get the *&##@5^ out... is there a special trick to getting these out... when I push down it does not spring out... its only been unpackaged for 15 min...
