I have heard similar comments about the students enthusiasm in rece8iving the instructors notes.
How did you deal with the rotation issue on the e-ink side? When pages on a text are displayed in Landscape mode, they appear to rotate below the image so the bottom third of the text is not visible. This has a negative affect for those educators who like to show their students how they have marked up the text for review.
On a more personal note, what are your thoughts on allowing your students to use the built in tape recorder? We have one school which has 2 classes using the eDGe completely and students tape the lectures and attach them to the section in the text as a review object. Several students have commented that it is helpful if they can't remember how their instructor explained the topic. My question relates to whether this will become common and have possible IP issues?
