Seems people rediscover this one every few weeks Check out http://www.entourageedge.com/forums/...-copycats-eDGe for past discussions.

Primary cons:
- heavy
- huge
- expensive ($1000?)
- backlit LCD.

The last point is the most poignant. Find an unprotected PDF and open it on your eDGe on the eInk side and on the LCD side (using PDF-to-Go). You'll find your eyes bleeding after a few minutes on the LCD The Kindle for Android reader works on the eDGe, too, so you can also compare reading an eBook directly. Even with a sepia background, and the brightness reduced, an LCD screen just isn't a good reading screen.
