I got a Livescribe pen about a month before I preordered the eDGe. Having preordered the eDGe, given all its potential, I've never actually put my Livescribe pen to use (to me it's like using a bicycle to travel 100 km when you've got a Porsche

).

Certainly the Livescribe files you can convert to PDF and these you can then use on the eDGe. This is certainly easier (and clearner) than scanning. I don't believe flowing stuff from the eDGe to Livescribe is really feasible.
