If you contact Tech Support (techsupport@entourageedge.com, or
http://www.entourageedge.com/support...kets&_a=submit), they can provide you with a manual update file. It's the weekend now, so you may not receive a response until Monday or Tuesday (I'm not sure if Monday is a holiday in the US).
I, and others, got the Error 101 while trying to download the Dingo update, but later it worked fine - it seems to be a temporary problem. Usually, if your try again 30 - 60 minutes later, it will work. It wouldn't hurt to reboot your eDGe, too, before trying again.
