Hi there, my first post on this forum.
The question is, has anyone remodeled the edge stylus to fit large hands, like mine.
If not then here's what I did.
First forget about using the stylus holder, find a wide barrel (mine is a "MonAmi 4 CLASSIC COLORS" exactly as labeled) screwed together multicolored pen.
Remove the inks and check that the wide end of the stylus fits completely inside the barrel.
Next check the internal length available, you need it to push the tip of the stylus past the end of the pen, mine protrudes about 1cm. Any further and it stops being a pen(my first attempt).
Now you drill out the pen tip. Choose a drill bit that matches the thickness of the stylus where it leaves the barrel of the pen. My drill out is not neat but it works very well. By the way I didn't use a drill just my hands.
I then pushed the stylus into the barrel and screwed it carefully together making shure not to damage the stylus. Voila! a thick bodied normal length pen shaped stylus.
I fully admit I was lucky having the "MonAmi" multicoloured pen at hand but there must be other worthy candidates out there.
So I hope this helps someone else as it has me.
