Make sure you'e using the native browser (not Dolphin or Opera Mini) and that you're launching the videos from YouTube's mobile site, www.m.youtube.com. Also make sure the browser is in mobile mode. To put it in mobile mode, press the "Menu" button; then select "More" > "Settings." Scroll to the bottom of this list and uncheck the box beside "Browser Mode" to switch to mobile mode.
