I downloaded the zip file and installed only the apk. After I entered my Google user name and password, I attempted to run a search. I received the message "The application GMkt Browser (process uk.org.aspellclark.gmrkt) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Should I have installed any other files first?

As you can tell from my questions, I'm not a developer; however, I am an excellent tester of apps and appreciate the work you and others like jcase put into making the eDGe a cut over other devices.
