But you're excluding all the devices that don't even offer different colors; you should be counting them as having an infinite surcharge for different colors. If I want a red iPad, no amount of money I pay is going to be enough to get it, while if I want a red Edge, I just have to pay $50 extra.
Otherwise, you're actually penalizing the Edge for being offered in different colors, instead of only being made in Midnight Blue.
