Something with the capabilities of MS Paint, especially being able to cut and paste portions of images, fill shapes with color, etc. My particular application is to produce geometrical drawings for homework solutions and online notes I post for various calculus classes I teach. Currently I have to either draw and scan or, if it's very simple, do it in Paint...so I figure since I have a touchpad & stylus now, I should be using that instead.
