Okay, so for Gmail, just do automatic.

For Comcast, it's POP3 and here are the setting that need to be entered.

Incoming mail:
- Server: mail.comcast.net
- Secure: No
- Port: 110

Outgoing mail:
- Server: smtp.comcast.net
- Secure: No
- Port: 587
