I don't think it has a digitizer as the screen is capacitive. I haven't stress-tested the battery myself yet, but the word on the street is that the battery life is very good, about 11.5 hours with wi-fi on.

I'm beginning to see the problems the reviewers had, though. You practically have to shake the thing to get it to re-orient in response to the accelerometer...I *hope* that's just a firmware problem. Not really sure I want to root it before I'm sure of it as I'm sure they won't let me return a rooted device.
