Did you look at the samples I posted? Yes, I am aware of the "grey" background issue, which is why the font used is critically important. But that being said I still maintain that with careful choice of font and font weight that a PDF file can be every bit as readable as a LRF file and PDF files have a much richer TOC capabilities.
