I downloaded a whole bunch of free Kindle books last night. The app works pretty good overall. I do notice some quirks.

In several books I notice when the smaller font sizes are used the last letter on some lines are truncated. It looks like it renders the page slightly wider than it should and the right edge is clipped.

Also, tapping in the center of the screen is supposed to bring up some information about the book and a slider at the bottom to move around the book quickly. The eDGe's giant menubar pops up to the front a moment after the Kindle app presents the slider obscuring the slider. Annoying.

The app was stable for hours last night at home. Today, I've had a couple crashes in just a half hour. The only difference I can think of is the app is upset there's no wifi where I am now. Had more crashes in another location when I started the app before wifi was reconnected. Once wifi was working the app remained stable the rest of the time it was in use.
