I found a link to the pico tts data http://areacellphone.com/2010/01/dow...age-installer/
This will give the edge text to speech capabilities, the Pico TTS engine was present already, but did not work without the data. Now apps like Translate, Morning Coffee etc can read.(in a pleasant female voice)
