There are a couple of apps that crash when you rotate the landscrape 180 degrees. I've noticed it most often in Dolphin. Actually, a couple of times I've used that intentionally as a quick way to exit to the home screen when my finger was closer to rotate then home (and before I realized that holding down back in Dolphin prompts it to exit).

My suggestion would be to only rotate while on the home screen. Unless you want to intentionally crash the application (which I do realize probably isn't the smartest way to exit).
