Went through the same thing when I ordered mine a few weeks ago. After 3 rejects, I emailed customer service (I live in Asia). The problem they told me was the billing address on my card wasn't exactly the same as I gave them. I verified the address and tried again a few days later. Rejected again. This time when I contacted Entourage, he told me he would contact the company that does their billing and do something to ensure it would go through. A few days later (once the hold had cleared my card), I tried again, and yes, it did go through. I found the error in the address eventually. My CC has my street listed as st, while I input street as St. One capital letter caused all that problem, and the billing company was that picky. So just contact customer service and they'll fix it for you. My mom in the States is enjoying the edge until I can arrange shipment.
