Hmm. #1 is usually because of the setting that controls if the email client should delete the message on the server when you delete it on your eDGe. Go into your email account where you have the email list and press "Menu", then tap "More" and "Account Settings". In the list you'll see a "When I delete a message". Tap it and pick "Delete from server" to get rid of it on the server (then press the "Back" button to get back to your emails). Once the message is deleted on the server, your PC or phone won't show it anymore, assuming they're showing what's on the server and not what was previously downloaded to them.

Now, it could also be because the messages are in the "Trash", so you can try emptying the trash.

For the K9 errors, download the new update ("Dingo") which has just been released and see if that helps. Otherwise, you can contact enTourage tech support and they may be able to help you figure out why you're getting those errors.
