I do agree with VenturingSoul that I don't think the EE team is ready for the mass market yet (considering everything I have been reading about the product as it evolves and the answers I have received to my questions posted to the technical team), but it would be nice if there was a way for someone to actually see the physical product before purchasing it that wont cost you over $70+ (cost of restocking fee & shipping both ways) in case the product is not for you. The eDge has been able to make my wife return her NOOK (though with the NOOK getting a web browser update, maybe she'll go back to it now) and my friends abandon their thoughts of getting a Kindle or iPad (because I showed them the eDge on the web), but the inability to see the physical product has held everyone back (including myself) from ordering the eDge (that's 8 sales..., and counting).
