I've noticed at about 65% battery strength I need to be pretty clost to the Wireless router to connect. The router power is fine but the EDGE cant seem to pump out the signal it needs to stay connected. This severely limits the "Usable" time available. I would say just tweak it up in the OS but I don't want to compromise battery life.
