Best customer sevice ever! !!
Last Thusday I dropped my edge. At first everthing looked ok the e-ink still showed the startup screen. Everything went wrong when I booted it up and to my horror the e-ink was garbled and repeated the same picture from left to right in thirds of the screen.
I called support on Friday and explained what happened (I only dropped it 3 feet in a neoprene protective case there was no physical damage visible ) and Jeff emailed me an overnight lable to send it in. I sent out on Monday, got an email from Jeff on Tuesday letting me know he got in and saw the problem and had a tech working on checking the problem.
I expected to find out tomorrow (Thursday) what was wrong and if it could be fixed. While at work today I checked my email for a message and was disappointed not to have one, though I realized I was having unrealistic expectations.
Imagine my complete amazement and absolute joy to see a familiar box on my door TODAY!! (Wednesday) .
I don't know how they did it but they got it fixed and back to me in less than a DAY!!
