I responded to this at length on the eDGefan google group, but to add something here, a lot of people really do love their iphones, so it's reasonable to assume that people would love the iPad. Speaking from someone who hasn't always been wise with her purchases in the past, I can say that there's less remorse the more carefully you make sure the device actually has a use and fills a need. But, that's often an acquired skill.

But if I *were* to be snarky, I'd say that I do think it's funny that one "complaint" making the rounds is that the iPad is too heavy (because that's why we were all supposed to buy an iPad instead of an eDGe, right?!)
