I suspect that there's 3 possible reason for this:
1. MAYBE low quallity touchscreen layer (don't think that's possible, since seems that eDGe use quallity hardware)
2. POSSIBLE bad connection of lcd and touchscreen to cover on the edges of screen.
3. SUSPECT that since the LCD part is really slim, there's some areas where LCD located to close to an other hardware and this can makes an interferension when you press on touchsreen.

We need more test or some explenation from eDGe tech support to find real reason.
