Have noticed problems as well, with/without a stylus.
Only experienced in the web browser thus far, and it will just randomly decide to detect half-way across the screen from where the actual click occurred.

It is definitely not consistent, will work fine for quite awhile, and then just happens randomly all of a sudden.
