Thankx everyone. I don't know how or why, but it went through. I went through all the step in the documentation s at least 3 dozen times in the last three days. I even transfered and re-registered in my account on this site. And then finally when I was sitting with it this afternoon, about the 10th time in a row that I registered--it finally went through.
