I too had the same problem, my online, sony store, and entourage email and password all matched however when I looked under authorize computer it had another email address, thank you eberhardt333, boris and ckhole you all really helped me and saved me from going crazy because everyone else could get it and I couldn't. When I first got and played with the Edge I liked it but considered sending it back because of the ebook store and other limitiations such as camera and camcorder not funcitonal, and no flash. However Boris and his entries on the blogs and forum as well as others about available apps has me just excited about this device as the day I first saw and wanted it. Thanks.
