One of the first problems I encountered with my Edge had to do with screen timeout -I set the screen to timeout ater 10 minutes in an attempt to save battery life, however, It refused to wake. I closed the edge and put it aside for about a half hour, when I attempted to wake the screen no amount of button pressing worked. I tried menu, home and back several times and resorted to a restart. I know this is bit different from my G1 phone, but the screen wakes from timeout on my phone with a press to menu or any incoming activity. - so I scratched that as an option for saving battery. Anyone else have a similar experience, or was this just an isolated instance?
