There are two sides to every story and us in the public can choose who to believe. Personally I think this thread should be shut down. No I don't work for enTourage. However, anonymous posts from people flaming a person or company are pointless. As much as I like to communicate via email or online support sites sometimes picking up the phone is a better idea. Tom said you should have created a support ticket and I agree with him. If the tracking # you provided is real it shows 2nd Day air and not ground. Well I guess it should have been shipped 2nd day even if the order was delayed until Monday or today.
If you are ****** off at enTourage that's fine. Take your business elsewhere. You have made your point. You can go get a Nook at Barnes and Noble but I think you will hate the PDF support. The Irex DR-800 sold at Best Buy would be better but I think the screen is still to small and it doesn't offer as good of PDF support as the eDGe. ***** happens and you should move on. Come up with an agreement with enTourage that you should be able to try the device and if you don't like it ship it back in "NEW" condition. If they aren't willing to do that well maybe run out and get an iPad. At least the screen size is comparable to the eDGe but you are still in LCD land which hurts my eyes after a while.
