Easy to download and install apps from there; and if they don't show full screen just go to settings, applications, manage applications and uninstall. Many of the full screen recommended apps can be found on those sites. After you feel more comfortable with your Android device try searching out developers web sites with Google; many of them have the apk available for download on their site as well.
