RealCalc is excellent (for me).
It uses the edge's full screen, so all the extra keys are easily usable. (How does anyone manage to use this on a phone?)
And, I'm a programmer, so as long as I see dec/hex/oct/bin and bitwise logic I'm a happy camper.
