This is SeaDaddy46, a retired Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy. I have always been fascinated with reading. One of my earliest memories is of a cousin reading the newspaper to me at age four or five, and neither of us was in school yet! I found the idea that all those marks and squiggles actually conveyed facts and ideas absolutely fascinating! I moved throughout my childhood, and couldnīt take all my books with me from place to place. Then I joined the Armed Services, and moved like all Service people do. Iīve always been curious about computers. When I discovered ebooks, I was ecstatic! Now I have at least 3,000 volumes in my library; a separate 500GB harddrive dedicated exclusively to my books. I have several ereader apps, and a new Kindle, which goes nearly everywhere with me. I have experienced some remarkable things in my life. So, donīt be surprised if I upload a few for review and critique by all you dedicated lovers of the written word.
