That and the fact that apparently page syncing and highlight/bookmark syncing is something that Apple, Amazon, and Sony can do to various degrees more sophisticated than B&N.
So it's not like we're asking the impossible.
(And if we're going to say the Nook = Civic and Kindle = Lexus, as per the previous analogy, well that a whole 'nother Dead Horse.
