Over on Ravelry, the notion of "process" vs. "product" is debated a lot. It sounds as if you are like me -- it's the process of making stuff that appeals to me usually, not the finished product.

Tatting is like that. I enjoy doing it, probably because it's very portable and doesn't take much concentration if you're just doing the simple stuff, which is all I know how to do anyway.
