Tie Guan Yin.
About 6 or 7 years ago in London China town I bought a
huge tin.
Tried it a few times and gave up.
It is an experiment. It is now very old, so I either have to throw it away or try it in the office. It works. I like its taste. It triumphs over unfiltered water! Now I have tons of Tie Guan Yin for drinking in the office
I will probably bring the whole box tomorrow. As a side effect it will free some space in the utility room cupboard
