I'll try eating a whole one, but when I eat jalapeños & cheddar I eat the seeds. As far as heat, they're no where close to habaneros. Those are the hottest I've tried, and it was an experience I'll never forget! LOL... I bought jalapeño hot sauce once and never used it because it just tasted green, which is good, but had such little kick that it seemed more like a condiment. I probably should have just used it as that, but by the time I thought of it, it was time to toss it.
