Ha. Last time it took several hours, this time it's in some sort of limbo STILL; I ordered yesterday (Saturday) morning, and I can't get through to a person till tomorrow (Monday) morning--I have a notation on my account that the order can't be processed. Why, I don't have the slightest idea.

Last time it also took me three or four phone calls and more than a week to get the promotional $10 card--they kept resending the original $100 gift card. I just hope I won't have to go through that hassle again, especially because by the time I get to talk to a live person, the promo offer will be over.
