What an ordeal you had to go through! I hope that it was worth it, and you are enjoying your new 950 once you get it set-up!
Hopefully someone else will chime in how best to clean the sticker residue or you might need to start a separate thread. You could check the user guide to see if it has any approved cleaning recommendations.
