Fear of aging and death as human nature, I have to agree. That's is the negative part of our species with tremendous thinking power.
When I talk spiritual and non-spiritual, I always mean in this world. No body knows for sure what comes after death. That's why it's controversial. To overcome fear in this life is the challenge that spirituality is all about, IMHO.
