Concerning page numbers: I didn't realize only some books offer them. So, I guess that's one issue out of the way.

I still can't seem to find a book that displays page numbers. Anyone know a free one that has page numbers for sure and can be used as a demonstration to confirm page numbers are fully supported for my Kindle DXG.
