Although the reflective TFT screen is technically an LCD, most people think of an LCD screen as one that is backlit, with the problems that that entails. The reflective TFT screen is not backlit. Like an eInk screen, if there is no light in the room, you can't see it.
Is it as easy to read outdoors as e Ink?
