Ok, this is a little confusing to me, but it's showing books in two different ways.
If I'm on the Nook Touch, and I choose to look at My Library > Books in icon view, it will show the cover images. That's with the thumbnails that Calibre sends along completely deleted off the memory card. This isn't 100% of the time though, there's a book here or there that has a cover image in Calibre, but shows up as the generic icon on the Nook (I'm not concerned with that right now).
If I choose to look at My Library > My Files, which shows the file structure of the memory card, it just shows a generic book icon for any epub file.
