Register Your Nook Touch Before Leaving the Store!

Aaargh! A co-worker and I just grabbed our new Nook Touch over lunch and brought them into work. In order to go through the initial setup process, you HAVE to be connected to a wi-fi network (and one that has Internet access at that).

Until you go through this process, you can't even use it to read loaded sample books, side-loaded files, etc. or do ANYTHING with it really.

And since we have ultra-secure wireless here at work, I can't get wi-fi access here... d'oh!

Just a word of warning if people here are picking these up and not planning on having wi-fi access when unboxing it!

(not a big deal really, because I should be working anyway...)
