You need to make the initial configuration setup on the PC. Preferences: Sharing over the net.
Very simple for other devices (includes anything with a web browser) on
your LAN .
Configuring routers for outside world access is quite a bit trickier. IMHO, if you don't know how to do this, you probably don't know the pitfalls and care needed of opening a hole in your cable/DSL firewall
