This one is a bit wonky, with only a "Save for Later" showing up on the actual product page.

To get it to actually add to your library without showing a $0.00 price and instead have a button for direct ePub download (which means you'll be keeping the freebie permanently), click the author's name from the product page to get a listing of all her books. Then click "Add to Library" from that aggregate listing page, count to about 20 while you wait for the thing to change to "Added to…", and the issue should be fixed.
